A glimpse inside the recently refurbished waiting room at Mortlake Crematorium.

The brief: to create a warm and inviting interior that celebrates and enhances the Art Deco character of the original building.

Floors and ceilings have been carefully restored, while bespoke joinery was designed and built to display a curated library of books and accessories. We also sourced new furniture and furnishings to complement the period style while bringing comfort and elegance to the space.
